How your picks are read

  • Nothing picked yet: every broker waits in the pool below.

42 brokers, unsorted

Pick a criterion, or try a preset, and they sort themselves.

  1. 01Each criterion reads one verified field and answers yes, no or can't confirm. A field that is pending verification is always "can't confirm", never "no".
  2. 02"No" means the verified record does not show it (for example, the licences on file are not tier 1). It is not a finding that the broker lacks it.
  3. 03Columns: Matches = every pick answered yes. Can't confirm yet = no pick answered no and at least one is unknown. Doesn't show it on verified data = at least one pick answered no.
  4. 04Order inside each column: bucket, then the number of yes answers, then name A to Z. No score, rating, sponsorship or unsourced field is used to rank anyone.
  5. 05"Entity licensed in my country" looks for a licence on file in the country you pick. An EEA licence from another member state stays unknown because passporting is not verified, and no answer says a broker accepts residents of a country.
  6. 06Protection statements are read conservatively: hedged or negative wording is not a yes, and only statutory schemes (FSCS, SIPC, an investor compensation fund, CIPF) count for compensation. Deposits are compared in their own currency; nothing is converted.
  7. 07Your picks live in the page address, so "Copy link" reproduces exactly the same result for anyone. The answers are computed in your browser from 42 records; nothing is sent anywhere.
