01Floor per standard lot (100,000 EUR), round turn = spread pips × US$10 + commission × 2 sides (or the round-turn amount when the broker states one). US$10 is the value of one EUR/USD pip on a standard lot, a contract fact rather than broker data. Floors scale linearly with the lot size you enter (0.01 to 100).
02The spread is the broker's own "from" or "average" figure, shown exactly as published with its basis. Advertised spreads are not measured spreads: real fills are often wider, especially around news and outside the main sessions.
03Where the account note says the figure is a general "from" spread rather than a EUR/USD one, the row carries a "General figure" flag and the note is shown.
04A commission is parsed only when its text states an amount, a currency and per side or round turn. Percentages, per-million pricing, multi-currency schedules and rebates are left "not computable" with the published text shown, never guessed.
05No currency is converted. A GBP or EUR commission is shown in its own currency beside the USD spread part and is never summed with it; those rows sort after the USD floors.
06Excluded: swaps and financing, currency conversion fees, deposit and withdrawal fees, inactivity fees and slippage. A floor is the least an account can cost under its own published terms, not what a trade will cost.
